TechFlow reports, according to TechCrunch, Google has removed Binance, Kraken, and other exchanges from the Indian regional Play Store. Other exchanges removed include Huobi HTX, Gate, Bittrex, Bitfinex, and six others, totaling nine.
A spokesperson for Binance stated: "This will only affect users attempting to access the Indian iOS App Store or Binance's website from India. Existing users who already have the Binance app installed will not be impacted."
Previous report, on January 10, multiple cryptocurrency exchanges including Binance, Kraken, Mexc, and Kucoin, accused of operating illegally in India, were removed from Apple's Indian App Store, while Bitstamp remained unaffected.
