TechFlow News, according to CoinDesk, Do Kwon, former CEO of Terra, is seeking a delay in the trial brought by the SEC against him and his former company, Terraform Labs, so that he may attend.
His lawyers have requested the U.S. court to postpone the trial due to uncertainty over when he will be extradited from Montenegro to the United States.
Kwon is expected to arrive in the U.S. as early as February or March. If the court denies the request to delay the trial, Kwon's legal team has asked the court to instruct the jury not to view his absence and inability to testify as unduly prejudicial against him.
