TechFlow News — According to information compiled by TechFlow, the U.S. SEC is set to make decision rulings on five spot Ethereum ETFs before the end of May. Initial decisions will be made by January 21 and January 25 for BlackRock's iShares Ethereum Trust and Fidelity's Ethereum Fund, though final rulings may be postponed until August.
In addition, three other spot Ethereum ETFs that have filed applications face a final decision deadline by the end of May 2024, when the U.S. SEC must issue a final determination on approval. These are the VanEck Ethereum ETF, Ark 21Shares Ethereum ETF, and Hashdex Ethereum ETF, with final deadlines falling on May 23, May 24, and May 30, respectively.
