TechFlow reported, Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas said on Twitter that BlackRock resubmitted their new S-1 filing at the last minute yesterday. At first glance, it's hard to tell what changed, but the unprecedented speed—less than 24 hours from initial submission and feedback to resubmission—shows all parties involved are eager to move this project forward as quickly as possible.
