TechFlow news, according to The Block, the latest amended S-1 filing shows that BlackRock has injected $10 million in seed capital into its spot Bitcoin ETF.
Seed funding refers to banks and brokers purchasing underlying assets (in this case, Bitcoin) to receive ETF shares that can be traded on public markets starting from the first day of listing. Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart believes that the injection of seed capital likely indicates the ETF will launch soon.
