TechFlow news, Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart said on social media that according to BlackRock's amended filing (S-1) for a spot Bitcoin ETF submitted to the SEC, BlackRock plans to inject $10 million in seed capital into its spot Bitcoin ETF (IBIT) on January 3.
While injecting seed capital does not mean the ETF has officially launched, it may indicate that BlackRock expects IBIT to be approved and officially rolled out soon, aligning with predictions that spot ETFs could be approved in January.
