TechFlow news: Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart said on Twitter that BlackRock and Hashdex have each submitted amended S-1 filings to the SEC for their spot Bitcoin ETFs, with Hashdex naming BitGo as its custodian partner. BlackRock's filing indicates that authorized participants will not handle Bitcoin directly, but will deliver only cash to create shares and receive only cash when redeeming shares.
