TechFlow reported, according to The Block, that Web3 tax services company Tres Finance has raised $11 million in a Series A funding round. The round was led by Lightspeed's new fund Faction, with participation from New Form, Boldstart Ventures, Cyber Fund, and Ambush Capital. This brings Tres' total funding to $18.6 million.
Tres provides accounting, auditing, reporting, and other financial services for web3 companies. The startup plans to use the funds to accelerate growth, aiming to expand its customer base across the United States, European Union, and Asia-Pacific region, with a goal of increasing its client base by 300% within the year.
