TechFlow News — Web3 startup Wynd Network has announced a $3.5 million seed funding round led by Polychain Capital and Tribe Capital, with participation from Bitscale, Big Brain, Advisors Anonymous, Typhon V, and Mozaik. The funds will be used to strengthen the technical infrastructure of Grass, its decentralized web scraping network, expand its node network, and refine its data validation processes, aiming to assist companies and nonprofit organizations in training artificial intelligence.
Currently, Grass allows users to earn points by contributing unused internet bandwidth through a web browser extension. These points will be "retroactively converted into network ownership" upon completion of the product testing phase.
