TechFlow news — Japanese watchmaker Casio has announced the launch of virtual G-SHOCK NFTs on Ethereum.
This limited-edition collection consists of 2,000 NFT art pieces featuring a pair of futuristic "Virtual G-Shock" designs, released at 10 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday. This marks Casio's second foray into the NFT space, following its initial free G-Shock Creator Pass NFT drop on Polygon in September.
Owners will receive behind-the-scenes design materials related to the virtual G-Shock watches, as well as priority access to purchase the next wave of virtual G-Shock NFTs. Casio also hinted at future opportunities for NFT holders to collaborate in creating new digital Casio products.
