TechFlow reports that the Interchain Foundation, supporting the Cosmos blockchain ecosystem, has announced its 2024 funding allocation plan totaling $26.4 million. The specific distribution is as follows:

$3 million will be allocated to the continuous optimization of CometBFT;

$4.5 million will be used to expand the Cosmos SDK;

$7.5 million will be invested in the interchain communication protocol;

$2.5 million will go toward CosmWasm;

$155,000 will be dedicated to CosmJS;

$1.5 million will fund security audits for the Interchain Stack.
This initiative aims to advance modularity, composability, interoperability, and security within the Cosmos ecosystem.
