TechFlow reported that Daiwa Securities is collaborating with SBI R3 Japan to enhance corporate bond issuance efficiency using the "Biancha" pre-listing system and the "Progmat" digital asset platform.
The Biancha system leverages blockchain technology to allow investors to directly input investment intentions, streamlining inter-company transactions. Currently focused on simplifying pre-listing procedures, Biancha aims to evolve into a system with enhanced conditional determination and allocation decision capabilities.
Progmat is a traditional corporate bond system that improves efficiency through digital asset management functions.
The two systems will be interconnected via the Corda blockchain platform to verify their efficiency.
