The proposal suggests utilizing HydraDX, a decentralized exchange within the Polkadot ecosystem, to implement a dollar-cost averaging mechanism that periodically converts a portion of the treasury’s DOT into USDT to accumulate funds for paying Technical Fellowship members.
The total amount designated for conversion is 469,000 DOT, with transaction fees accounting for approximately 0.4% of the total conversion volume. Conversions will occur roughly every 36 minutes, generating 250 USDT per transaction, amounting to 10,000 USDT per day.
