TechFlow news: Neutron, a cross-chain smart contract platform on Cosmos, will acquire a 25% stake in Confio, the software development company behind CosmWasm—the default virtual machine in the Cosmos ecosystem.
The acquisition aims to advance technical improvements to the CosmWasm virtual machine, enhancing its performance, security, and interoperability.
According to Avril Dutheil, a core contributor at Neutron, this investment was made in cash by the Neutron Foundation as part of its mission to ensure the network's long-term growth and development. It does not require a vote from NTRN token holders.
