TechFlow reports that decentralized application platform Chromia has announced the launch of its mainnet in 2024, highlighting key features and an updated roadmap.
The revised roadmap focuses on the Chromia token, EVM bridge assets, and a native fee system. Initial ecosystem growth has showcased decentralized applications supported by the "Shared Appnet."
Founded by Henrik Hjelte, Or Perelman, and Alex Mizrahi, the project aims to build a "relational blockchain" architecture on public networks. Initially conceived as an independent platform, it later expanded to include interoperability with Ethereum and other EVM chains. The team has invested time in developing strong user experiences, such as the Web3 games "My Neighbour Alice" and "Mines of Dalarnia."
