TechFlow News — On December 1, Justin Sun, member of the HTX Global Advisory Council and founder of TRON, was invited to speak online at NFT Taipei, Asia's premier NFT event. Speaking on the theme "The Intersection of Digital Technology, Humanity, and Art," Justin Sun stated that the digital era, much like Mars colonization, represents a trend that the crypto world can lead. NFT avatars represent a new form of digital art that blends individual talent and artistic inspiration from traditional art with mass recognition and appreciation—an even more democratized form of punk art. In this digital age, NFTs demonstrate profound humanistic care by assigning real value and identity to digital art, ensuring creators' labor and intellect receive proper recognition and reward. Through NFTs, artists can directly engage with their audiences, breaking down barriers and intermediaries in the traditional art market, thus exploring broader possibilities for creation and interaction. He also noted that HTX and TRON are committed to building a secure and reliable platform enabling more people to access and understand the value of NFTs.
Notably, Justin Sun founded the APENFT Foundation in 2021, dedicated to advancing the integration of metaverse finance and art. The foundation's collection includes Picasso's "Nude Woman Lying with Necklace," Andy Warhol's "Three Self-Portraits," Zeng Fanzhi's "Portrait of Justin Sun," digital artist Beeple's "Ocean’s Front" and "ABUNDANCE," the complete set of Pak's NFT series "Cube," and three pieces from Mitchel Chen's "Digital Zones," with the total collection valued at over 1 billion RMB.
