TechFlow reported, according to CoinDesk, court documents filed on Monday revealed that Richard Jones, a U.S. District Judge for the Western District of Washington in Seattle, has required CZ to temporarily remain in the United States as federal judges consider a Department of Justice motion requesting CZ stay within the U.S. until his sentencing in February next year. The judge did not indicate whether a hearing would be scheduled or when he would rule on the Department of Justice's motion.
