TechFlow reports that the Uniswap community has voted to pass the temperature check proposal titled "Delegating UNI to Active but Underrepresented Representatives."
The proposal seeks to delegate 10 million UNI from the DAO's treasury to underrepresented representatives. The top four candidates will each receive up to 2.5 million delegated UNI, while the remaining tokens will be evenly distributed among other qualifying candidates. These tokens will be non-transferable and solely used by the delegates for voting purposes, thereby increasing their influence in governance proposals.
According to the voting results, the top four representatives—404 DAO, Wintermute Governance, PGov, and StableLab—will each receive 2.5 million UNI in delegation.
The remaining UNI will be allocated among Keyrock, Karpatkey, and atiselsts.eth based on their respective vote counts. The next steps will involve calculating the exact amount for each delegation and incorporating technical understanding for execution.
