TechFlow reported, according to Ledger Insights, that Figure is collaborating with Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, and Jefferies to plan a potential IPO for its lending business in 2024.
Figure aims for a valuation of $2–3 billion and seeks to raise $50 million for its digital assets division.
The company launched the Provenance blockchain, offering institutional solutions including a blockchain-based mortgage registry.
Although Figure's primary goal is to become an infrastructure provider, CEO Mike Cagney is considering an IPO as banks now embrace blockchain technology.
