TechFlow reports that a series of changes from a recently passed Maker governance executive proposal will take effect tomorrow (UTC time November 21 at 15:45). The main updates involve adjustments to Spark, MakerDAO, and the Maker Protocol, including raising the maximum debt ceiling for Spark D3M, tuning various parameters for SparkLend, fund transfers, approving DAO resolutions related to HVBank (RWA009-A), and updating instructions for custodial agents.
In addition, the changes include paying bounty rewards to specific users and distributing October compensation to eleven Aligned Delegates. Details are as follows:
Regarding Spark:
Increase Spark D3M’s maximum debt ceiling from 400 million DAI to 800 million DAI.
Increase SparkLend’s wstETH supply cap on Gnosis Chain from 5,000 wstETH to 10,000 wstETH.
Reduce SparkLend’s Ethereum-based DAI market Loan-to-Value ratio (LTV) from 1bps to 0.
Reactivate SparkLend’s WBTC market on Ethereum with the following parameters: • Maximum LTV: 70% • Liquidation threshold: 75% • Liquidation penalty: 7% • Supply cap: 3,000 WBTC • Borrow cap: 2,000 WBTC.
Increase SparkLend’s rETH supply cap on Ethereum from 60,000 rETH to 80,000 rETH.
Increase SparkLend’s wstETH supply cap on Ethereum from 400,000 wstETH to 800,000 wstETH.
Adjust SparkLend’s interest rate model parameters on Ethereum and Gnosis Chain: • Base rate: 0% • Optimal rate: 3.2% • Optimal utilization: 90% • Maximum rate: 123.2%
Regarding MakerDAO and the Maker Protocol:
Initiate project fund allocations: • Transfer 2,200,000 DAI to 0x3C5142F28567E6a0F172fd0BaaF1f2847f49D02F. • Transfer 500.00 MKR to 0x3C5142F28567E6a0F172fd0BaaF1f2847f49D02F.
Approve DAO resolutions related to HVBank (RWA009-A) and updated standing instructions for custodial agents: The DAO resolution and updated standing instructions for custodial agents related to the HVBank facility will be approved.
