TechFlow news, according to Wired, more than 500 OpenAI employees signed a letter stating they might resign and join Microsoft unless the startup's board steps down and reinstates the ousted CEO Sam Altman.
The letter reads: "Your process of firing Sam Altman and removing Greg Brockman from the board has endangered all our work, undermined our mission and company. Your actions clearly demonstrate that you are unfit to oversee OpenAI."
Shortly after the letter was released, Sutskever posted on X saying: "I deeply regret my participation in the board's actions. I never intended to harm OpenAI. I love everything we've built together, and I will do everything I can to help reunite the company."
Notably, the signatories of the letter include Ilya Sutskever, the company's chief scientist and board member, who was accused of initially orchestrating the board coup against Altman.
