TechFlow news: BC Technology Group (00863.HK) announced the disposal of 90% equity interest in Shanghai Jingwei to independent third party Li Jiaming. Shanghai Jingwei currently manages and operates commercial park properties in Shanghai. The cash consideration amounts to RMB 23 million, with an estimated pre-tax loss of approximately RMB 18.5 million on disposal.
In addition, BC Technology Group stated that it has applied for the continued temporary suspension of trading in its shares on the Stock Exchange, pending the company's announcement regarding the issuance of new shares of the company (which constitutes inside information).
