TechFlow news — Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse said at the Ripple Swell event in Dubai that the SEC has failed in its mission to protect investors, and expressed hope that the U.S. could move beyond a regulatory environment for cryptocurrencies shaped by litigation, toward federal legislation for digital assets established by Congress.
Earlier, on November 9, Brad Garlinghouse commented on the SEC lawsuit against Ripple, stating that Ripple has already spent over $150 million in legal fees. He added that if the SEC's case ultimately reaches the Supreme Court, Ripple will continue fighting the SEC to the end.
