TechFlow reports, according to Greekslive monitoring, BTC options contracts with a notional value exceeding $2.98 billion and ETH options contracts worth $1.57 billion are set to expire on October 27, including:
-
87,000 BTC options expiring, Put Call Ratio at 0.88, maximum pain point at $29,000, with a notional value of $2.98 billion.
-
880,000 ETH options expiring, Put Call Ratio at 0.47, maximum pain point at $1,650, with a notional value of $1.57 billion.
Greekslive notes that this round of options expiration prices will be significantly distant from the maximum pain points. However, it's worth noting that large holders (whales) have primarily been selling during the latter half of this week, market sentiment has clearly improved, but this is insufficient to sustain prolonged bullish momentum.
