TechFlow news: Meta's Reality Labs division, responsible for the metaverse, reported an operating loss of $3.74 billion in the third quarter. Since early 2022, it has accumulated nearly $25 billion in losses. The company stated that Reality Labs' operating losses "will increase significantly year-over-year due to ongoing product development efforts in VR/AR and investments to further expand the ecosystem."
