TechFlow reports that on October 7, Justin Sun, founder of TRON and member of the global advisory board of Huobi HTX, made a formal appearance at the Giacometti Foundation special exhibition with his top-tier artwork collection "The Nose." This piece is the version created in 1964 by Swiss national treasure and surrealist master Alberto Giacometti, which Sun acquired for $78.4 million at Sotheby's New York Autumn Auction in 2021.
Regarding this high-profile showcase, Sun expressed on social media that he felt deeply honored and looks forward to how blockchain technology can unlock greater possibilities for art in the future. In a collaborative video with popular Douyin influencer Cai Luoli, Sun showed her around his "private art gallery," where he displayed the masterpiece.
The special exhibition is co-organized by TRON and the APENFT Foundation, bringing together for the first time all versions of Giacometti's iconic work "The Nose." The exhibition officially opened on October 7 and will run through January next year.
