TechFlow news: The Filecoin development team, Protocol Labs, has launched a Venture Studio initiative aimed at developing and supporting new startups to build breakthrough technologies using Filecoin, IPFS, libp2p, Ethereum, and other technologies within the Protocol Labs ecosystem. Key focus areas include projects built on Filecoin and IPFS, such as blockchain scalability, cloud data storage, Data Availability Networks (DAN), Content Delivery Networks (CDN), and Compute over Data (CoD) networks.
The first cohort includes Interplanetary Consensus, a new data availability network, the cloud storage platform DeStor, and Filecoin Saturn—a blockchain-based CDN network, among others.
