TechFlow news: Hong Kong-based cryptocurrency exchange JPEX has announced its "DAO Stakeholder Dividend Plan." The proposal passed with 68% user approval in the referendum, and the platform will begin implementing the DAO stakeholder dividend plan in phases starting October 4, 2023.
Users who agree to participate in the DAO stakeholder dividend program will gradually receive various forms of dividends from the platform, including:
(1) Dividends from new token listing fees on the platform;
(2) Dividends from spot and derivatives trading fee revenues;
(3) Distribution of the platform's native token JPC according to each stakeholder's proportionate share;
(4) The remaining USDT in the JPC revenue pool will be distributed periodically to holders based on their respective dividend ownership ratios. Daily USDT earnings from the JPC revenue pool will cease distribution upon implementation of the plan, while the 12% annualized return on JPC remains unaffected.
The platform will transition to operate in a DAO structure. All holders of the DAO stakeholder dividends will gain voting rights and be able to participate in platform decisions through referendums in the future.
