TechFlow News, according to Nikkei Asia citing sources familiar with the matter, Whampoa Group, a Singapore-based investment firm, plans to launch a $100 million venture capital fund by the end of this year. The fund is expected to focus on Web3 and digital assets, specifically targeting Series A financing deals.
Earlier reports indicated the fund would launch in the fourth quarter of 2022. As of now, Whampoa Digital, the digital asset investment arm of Whampoa Group, has not responded to requests for comment.
