TechFlow news, on October 2, according to CoinDesk, SBF will appear in court tomorrow. It has been nine months and twenty days since SBF was arrested at his home in the Bahamas. Today marks the final day before SBF begins standing trial, where he may potentially regain his freedom, or otherwise face what federal judges have described as a "very long" prison sentence.
Over the next six weeks, U.S. prosecutors will attempt to prove that SBF intentionally defrauded customers and business partners, presenting thousands of pages of evidence, including internal documents and audio recordings. The most compelling evidence may come from recollections and personal accounts of SBF's former colleagues, friends, and roommates. Prosecutors also stated they plan to call FTX customers and investors to testify during the trial, including non-U.S. clients.
