TechFlow news: Christen Ager-Hanssen, former CEO of nChain Group, has left the company after alleging a "conspiracy orchestrated by a significant shareholder to defraud nChain shareholders." Hanssen stated he no longer believes nChain's chief scientist, Craig Wright, is Satoshi Nakamoto, the creator of Bitcoin. He later posted screenshots of a report claiming to show evidence of Wright’s browsing history that contradicts Wright’s long-standing claim to be Satoshi.
Hanssen also claimed that he and five others submitted a whistleblower report to the nChain board, after which all six were either fired or suspended. Hanssen said he plans to release the report, which details the influence billionaire Calvin Ayre has had on nChain operations—whom he labeled a "shadow director/dictator."
In a statement, the nChain board said concerns over recent business management prompted it to commission a detailed independent investigation. Before the board could act on the findings, Hanssen engaged in serious and inappropriate conduct, which led to his dismissal.
