TechFlow news, according to The Block, Web3 development infrastructure company Alchemy has acquired blockchain data indexing platform Satsuma.
On Tuesday, Alchemy said that as part of the deal, Satsuma will merge with Alchemy and operate as Alchemy Subgraphs. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
"This acquisition of Satsuma now has nothing to do with the bear market," said Mike Garland, product manager at Alchemy. "Their team has built an extraordinary product and a rapidly growing, passionate user base, which reminds us of Alchemy's early days. Integrating the Satsuma team and technology into Alchemy is clearly the next step in continuing to solve developers' biggest pain points."
This marks Alchemy's second acquisition after purchasing Web3 developer education platform ChainShot in August 2022.
