TechFlow news — Early-stage venture capital firm Antler India said its first pre-seed fund of INR 6 billion (approximately USD 75 million) is nearing final close, having already raised INR 5 billion (around USD 62.5 million), with finalization expected this quarter.
The fund has backing from investors representing six institutions and sovereign wealth funds—including the Small Industries Development Bank of India—along with 125 limited partners. It will focus on investments in areas such as Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), Web3 infrastructure, and artificial intelligence.
