TechFlow news: ARK Invest LLC, the parent company of Cathie Wood-led investment management firm ARK Investment Management LLC, has acquired Rize ETF Limited, Europe's first specialist thematic ETF issuer. The existing name and brand of Rize ETF will be phased out, and the platform will transition into "ARK Invest Europe," becoming a division of ARK Invest Limited. ARK Invest Europe will serve as a hub for ARK’s expansion into Europe, the UK, and other global markets. Under the new ARK Invest Europe platform, Rize ETF's existing index product lineup will remain available.
As of August 31, 2023, Rize ETF managed $452 million in assets across 11 ETFs, all compliant with either SFDR Article 8 or Article 9, domiciled in Dublin and distributed across Europe. ARK manages approximately $25 billion in ETFs and other products globally.
