TechFlow News — Charlotte Fang, founder of Milady, posted a tweet stating that a Milady developer misappropriated approximately $1 million from the official project Bonkler's treasury. The developer also seized control of the code repository and is demanding additional funds and NFT reserves from the team.
Currently, the Twitter accounts for miladymaker and remilionaire are under the control of this developer.
Charlotte Fang confirmed that the individual has been terminated and will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. Minting for Bonkler NFTs has been temporarily suspended. However, the Bonkler community treasury, smart contracts, and NFTs remain secure. Other NFT collections under Milady’s parent company, Remilia, are currently unaffected.
