TechFlow news: friend.tech has posted on social media stating that many users were previously experiencing sudden disconnections while processing transactions in the app. This issue has now been resolved. However, if users still find they cannot view content on screen or are unexpectedly logged out, they should force-close the app and reopen it. If prompted to log in again, they should re-enter their account credentials.
If the system prompts for an invitation code, this means a different login method was used than the one used during registration. Users should log out and use their original login method.
