TechFlow reports on August 26 that the Terra Luna Classic community has reopened voting on Proposal 11730, "USTC/Stable Algo Quant Team," which seeks funding for the USTC Quant team, as the initial vote failed to meet the minimum threshold.
The USTC repeg team resubmitted the proposal, arguing that low voter participation during last week's vote was due to issues with the Terra Station wallet, which has since been restored and is now back online.
Voting will run from August 26 to September 2. Earlier, this proposal was rejected by community governance vote. However, members of the USTC Quant team have accused certain validators of altering the outcome.
