TechFlow reported, according to Cointelegraph, that in documents filed on August 25 with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, SBF's legal team argued the preparation time allowed for SBF to review evidentiary materials prior to trial is insufficient. The U.S. Department of Justice provided approximately 4 million pages of evidence on August 24, along with "millions of pages of documents and large volumes of data" for SBF to review before his criminal trial. The attorneys stated that unless SBF is temporarily released, no other measures can adequately resolve these issues or protect SBF's right to participate in his own defense.
