TechFlow reports, according to MakerBurn data, the decentralized lending platform MakerDAO added $50 million in RWA assets on August 24 via its RWA debt treasury BlockTower Andromeda, primarily invested in short-term U.S. Treasury securities.
Currently, the total RWA assets within MakerDAO amount to approximately $2.537 billion, with assets in BlockTower Andromeda reaching $652 million.
BlockTower Andromeda is an RWA debt treasury established by the MakerDAO community for investing in short-term U.S. Treasury securities, with a target investment capacity of up to $1.28 billion.
