TechFlow news — According to an official blog post, Binance Labs has announced an investment in infrastructure provider Delphinus Lab. The latter has developed the first open-source zkWASM virtual machine, enabling trustless computation and application development.
zkWASM technology allows developers to build zero-knowledge proof applications using their preferred programming languages and deploy them in any WASM-supported environment. This convergence enhances application security and privacy, advancing a more trustless and decentralized digital landscape.
Delphinus Lab’s zkWASM virtual machine serves as a critical trust bridge, enabling feature-rich WASM smart contract applications to run across different blockchains.
Binance Labs’ investment will support Delphinus in developing the zkWASM Hub, an application expansion platform that provides automated proving and batching services for application workloads. It will also allow developers to distribute applications via GitHub.
Delphinus Lab aims for its zkWASM Hub to become a dynamically scalable environment where developers can easily deploy and manage WASM-powered applications, accelerating the arrival of next-generation Web3 decentralized applications.
