Based in New York, the company aims to develop AI with advanced reasoning capabilities. It offers two enterprise chatbots, Cogent and Cora, applicable in fields such as finance, travel, and scientific research.
Elemental Cognition emphasizes its unique hybrid AI platform that integrates large language models with an AI-based reasoning engine to enhance accuracy and controllability.
The company’s management team includes former executives from IBM and Bridgewater Associates, with notable investors including Jim Breyer and Jerry Yang (Geoff Yang).
