TechFlow News, according to CoinDesk, Digital Currency Group (DCG) has filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit brought by Gemini last month. DCG claims that Gemini's complaint filed in July is a continuation of a "public relations campaign" by the exchange's owners, Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss.
In July this year, Gemini filed a lawsuit alleging that DCG and its founder and CEO Barry Silbert misrepresented the financial condition of its lending subsidiary Genesis, and induced customers of the Gemini Earn program to continue participating in the lending program, even though DCG and Silbert were aware of multi-billion dollar holes in Genesis’s balance sheet linked to the collapse of Three Arrows Capital last year.
