TechFlow reports that according to a filing submitted by MicroStrategy to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the company plans to issue and sell up to $750 million of its Class A common stock. The net proceeds from this offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including the acquisition of bitcoin and working capital, and may also be used to repurchase or repay company debt depending on market conditions.
