TechFlow reports that ConsenSys has released a "Diligence Fuzzing" tool for smart contract testing. The new tool generates "random and invalid data points" to identify vulnerabilities in contracts before deployment.
ConsenSys stated that these losses have driven developers to adopt more sophisticated testing tools to uncover vulnerabilities before attackers can exploit them. Previously offered as a closed beta requiring approval for access, the tool is now open to all.
Starting August 1, this approval process is no longer required. Diligence Fuzzing is now also integrated with the smart contract toolkit Foundry and offers a free version for developers conducting tests.
