TechFlow News — ChainSafe, a Web3 infrastructure company, has announced the release of its Zipline Casper prototype, a grant-funded project under the Gnosis Builders program. ChainSafe plans to have a minimal version of Zipline ready by the end of 2023 and intends for it to become a core component of the upcoming Sygma cross-chain product.
Zipline Casper is an optimistic, trust-minimized, cross-chain block header oracle. It enables anyone to fetch block headers from chains using the Casper finality protocol (such as Ethereum/Gnosis) and submit them to another EVM chain, with the guarantee that any headers not finalized on the source chain will eventually be rejected on the destination chain.
