TechFlow news: The Aptos Foundation has announced a collaboration with the Pyth Data Association to bring sub-second oracle price feeds to DeFi applications in the Aptos ecosystem.
This collaboration also introduces an automated price scheduling program on Aptos. According to Pyth's blog post, this scheduler will deliver regular price feed updates at consistent intervals to Aptos' Layer 1 blockchain, providing developers with low-latency price oracle infrastructure and sub-second price updates to enhance the efficiency of their DeFi applications.
Developers can now directly access Pyth price feeds on Aptos, with real-time asset pricing data sourced from external providers such as Jane Street, CBOE, Binance, OKX, and Bybit. Aptos DeFi projects including Thala Labs, Tsunami Finance, Aries Markets, ABEL Finance, and Aptin Finance have already begun utilizing Pyth data.
