TechFlow news, South Korean game company Wemade officially announced that the public blockchain Klaytn has joined 40 WONDERS and become a Node Council Partner of the WEMIX3.0 mainnet, designated as WONDER 23.
Wemade stated that it signed a memorandum of understanding with the Klaytn Foundation back in 2019 to establish a governance partnership. The Klaytn Foundation joined the WEMIX PLAY blockchain gaming platform as a block partner, while Wemade became a member of the Klaytn Governance Council (GC).
Since the launch of the Klaytn mainnet Cypress in 2019, the Klaytn Foundation has continuously expanded its ecosystem by supporting various dApps. Recently, it has focused on tokenizing real-world assets (RWA) and establishing authenticity and value for digital ownership. It is also working on building infrastructure for Layer 2 blockchain operations and expanding its mainnet.
WONDERS, also known as NCPs (Node Council Partners), are responsible for validating and propagating transactions and blocks on the WEMIX3.0 mainnet, and maintaining connections with other nodes to ensure stable network operations. Partners can choose a unique identifier number ranging from 1 to 40, which will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and security of the WEMIX3.0 mainnet.
