TechFlow news — According to Bloomberg, crypto lending platform BlockFi has reached a settlement with co-founders Zac Prince and Flori Marquez, along with other executives, regarding potential legal claims. As part of the agreement, they have agreed to assist the company's lawyers in taking action against FTX and Three Arrows Capital. The BlockFi management team will serve as key witnesses in litigation involving FTX and Three Arrows, potentially helping creditors recover $1 billion in assets.
In addition, court filings show that co-founders Zac Prince and Flori Marquez, along with other executives, have agreed to放弃 or reduce recovery of their personal digital assets held on the BlockFi platform and will donate $2.2 million in cash to the company. However, this settlement is subject to judicial approval.
