TechFlow news, according to the official announcement, Xinhuo Technology has entered into a share subscription agreement with Du Jun and On Chain (actual controller Zhong Gengfa).
Du Jun's total subscription amount is HK$155 million, representing 24.18% of issued shares; On Chain's total subscription amount is HK$171 million, representing 26.64% of issued shares. The total amounts to HK$326 million, which will be paid in cash upon fulfillment of certain preconditions.
