TechFlow news, on June 29, the plenary session of South Korea's National Assembly passed the "Virtual Asset User Protection Act" to protect investors in virtual assets. As there were no objections from either the ruling or opposition parties, the bill will become South Korea's first cryptocurrency-related legislation since the "Act on Reporting and Using Specified Financial Transaction Information" (Special Act).
